However if you are not entirely satisfied with our products, we are here to help. Please check the details below for returns and refunds.
RETURNS
You will have thirty calendar days (30 days) from the day you receive your delivery to return any products you are not satisfied with.
For the return to be credible, the products must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. All items must be returned with the original packaging.
We will also need to see receipt, or adequate proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received the item back, we will inspect it and notify you it has been returned. We will immediately notify you of your refund after the inspection has been made.
If the refund is approved, we will refund the full money for each product you have returned to the original credit/debit card payment method. You will receive the refund in a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer policy.
Refunds can not be made in cash, gift card, or store credit for online purchases.
SHIPPING
You are held responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the items Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will not make any deductions or extra refunds regarding delivery and/or shipping.

However if you want to wash your clothing to keep it fresh, we’re here to help! See below our instructions on Washing and Drying.
WASHING
For best results, wash before use. Before you wash your product turn it inside out Wash at 30℃ in any standard washing machine. Use a fabric detergent and softener for best results. Do not bleach.
Wash with similar colours to avoid colour transfer and colour damage. Wash with similar textured clothing. Do not overload your washing machine to avoid friction damaging the print.
DRYING
Do not tumble dry. Do not leave it in a damp area to dry. Lay flat to avoid shrinking. Remember to not dry-clean as chemicals used in dry-cleaning services can damage the print on the garment.
IRONING
Low Heat/Warm iron only as this can create damage to the material or printed design. Do not iron directly onto the printed artwork, iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Vinyl prints can crease when clothing is folded, this can be smoothed if ironed on the reverse side of the fabric.

SHIPPING
As we are based in the UK this means we have two separate shipping prices, one for shipping to the UK, and one for shipping internationally.
For UK shipping we have based our prices off of Standard UK Shipping for the average weight of our products. This means your parcel should be with you within 5 working days from the time the order has been dispatched. We charge £2.99 for this type of shipping.
For International shipping we have based our prices off of Standard International Shipping for the average weight of the products. This varies time of delivery, depending on where you live. But we can say, expect to get your parcel in 14 days once the order is dispatched. We charge £7.99 for this type of shipping.
PACKAGING
All of our products are not delivered unless they are sealed and safe in a secure plastic postal bag. Any promotional products such as stickers, are free of charge.
